To request a Certificate of Good Standing, please send the $18.00 fee, payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court, and a written request to

The written request must include the attorney's full name, bar number, and address where the Certificate should be sent.
Please note that a Certificate of Good Standing is only available to "active" status members of the Court’s bar. You can retrieve an attorney's bar number and membership status from the "Bar Membership Information" menu under Attorney Admissions.
