     Changing your Address in CMECF

If you do not have a CM/ECF account with the court, please complete the following form and mail it to Attorney Admissions at either the Northern or Southern District address listed below.

       Change of address (mail-in form)

An attorney wishing to change his/her name due to marriage, divorce, or court order must submit a letter requesting same. Please mail it to the Clerk's Office, attention of Attorney Admissions using the following address:
