Change of Address

Under Local Rule 701.3, members of the bar must promptly notify the Clerk’s Office of any change of address, including email address, irrespective of any changes attorneys may note on a court document.

Attorneys must change their address of record through the Maintain Your Account menu in CM/ECF.  Please visit this link for detailed instructions.

If you are an active member of the bar of the U.S. District Court of Maryland and have never registered for electronic filing access, complete the online Attorney Registration form.
