If you are an out of state attorney seeking Pro Hac Vice admission in a civil case, this must be done by sending in the below Pro Hac Vice form, along with the $50.00 filing fee. The motion should then be mailed to the Clerk's Office. 

Note: Counsel need not move for pro hac vice admission in criminal cases. See Local Rule 201.1.
