DESCRIPTION OF THE LITIGATION
MDL-1586, In re Mutual Funds Investment Litigation, was assigned to the District of Maryland by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on February 20, 2004. It consists of actions brought against mutual fund managers and involves common questions pertaining to allegations of "late trading" and "market timing" in the mutual fund industry.
