Effective January 1, 2012, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland will have an amended schedule for monetary collateral and mandatory offenses. The amended portion of concerns offenses occurring at the National Security Agency. The remainder of the schedule is unchanged.

The amended collateral schedule applies to offenses committed on or after January 1, 2012.

The order adopting the amended schedule and the amended portions of the fee schedule, Standing Order 2011-04, are available on the Court's website.
