In light of anticipated amendments to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6 and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 45, which will modify the time to act after being served, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland will remove auto-calculated response deadlines from the docket for all civil and criminal cases, effective November 1, 2016.
