Vendor SAM and IPP Registration

Registration in SAM and IPP is a four-step process. The necessary actions are listed below and include links to the necessary websites and instructions.

Step 1: Obtain a Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number by clicking here. If you already have a DUNS number, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Instructions for SAM registration can be found here. To register for SAM go to the System for Award Management website by clicking here.

Step 3: Once you have registered with SAM, please send an email to the following address and provide your DUNS number so that we can ensure that your SAM information is properly recorded in our financial system: mddml_JIFMS@mdd.uscourts.gov.

Until you have successfully registered for SAM, please continue to notify us of any name, address or contact information changes. Once you begin receiving federal judiciary payments via EFT, you will no longer need to notify us of these changes as we will be using the information that you provided in the SAM system.
