United States of America v. Police Department of Baltimore City, et al., 17-cv-0099-JKB.

An initial hearing will be held on the joint motion seeking entry of a consent decree on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1A of the United States Courthouse in Baltimore, Maryland.  This hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday, January 24, 2017, but was postponed upon motion to the Court for a continuance.  

Those who may attend the hearing are reminded that the United States District Court forbids the use of electronic devices in its courtrooms (counsel of record excepted).
