New Public Access Procedures

Tuesday, June 23, 2020

The Court has adopted revised procedures to facilitate remote access to public court proceedings conducted by audio or video teleconference.  Individualized requests are no longer necessary.  Instead, simply locate the hearing you wish to attend on the Court's public calendar.  All proceedings conducted by audio or video teleconference will have a teleconference phone number and access code listed after the case name.  Please use this information to connect to the proceeding by phone where you will be able to observe the hearing via listen only mode.  The Court has also provided additional instructions for court participants in remote hearings conducted via Zoomgov.  Please visit this page for more information.
