Only active members of this Court’s bar may request a Letter of No Disciplinary History on their own behalf.  The Letter is valid for 90 days from date of issuance.  The request may be sent to Attorney_Admissions@mdd.uscourts.gov.  Please contact us if you do not receive a response by email within five business days.
