Bar Membership Renewal

Active bar members are required to renew their bar memberships every six years. See Local Rule 701.2.b.  For additional information about this year’s electronic renewal process, click here.

For a step-by-step guide on how to complete the attorney renewal process, please review the Attorney Renewal Instructions.  The renewal application form is available here and the renewal fee is $75.00.  Please save the form before you begin completing the application.

Effective January 1, 2012, the Court will only accept renewal applications filed electronically through our electronic filing system, CM/ECF.  If you are an active member of the bar and due to renew in the current calendar year, you will receive an electronic notification of renewal by June 1, or the first business day thereafter. Renewal applications are due on July 1, or the first business day thereafter, with a late deadline of August 31.

Unsure of when you are due to renew?  Look up your renewal date.

If you have been placed on inactive status for failure to renew your membership, you will need to submit a Request for Reactivation.  Further information is available here.
