The U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland will be closed for business in both divisions on Monday, July 3, 2023.  This day will be treated as a “legal holiday” for purposes of Fed. R. Civ. P. 6 and Fed. R. Crim. P. 45.  Electronic filing through CM/ECF will remain available on all days the court is closed.
