The Clerk’s Office has released the third edition of its Guidelines for Bills of Costs. The third edition incorporates legal developments since 2011 and includes new annotated case references to assist parties in preparing bills of costs. The revised and latest edition is available on our website.

This edition will apply to all bills of costs filed or pending on or after June 1, 2013. Parties with pending bills of costs should not file supplemental materials in light of any revisions without first checking with the Clerk’s Office.
