The U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland Clerk's offices will be closed for business in both the Baltimore and Greenbelt divisions on January 2, 2023.  

The afterhours drop boxes will be available on December 30 until 6:00p.m. in the Southern Division courthouse (Greenbelt) and until midnight in the Northern Division courthouse (Baltimore).  The boxes will not be accessible over the weekend or on January 2, a federal holiday.  Electronic filing using CM/ECF remains available 24 hours a day.  Emergency contact numbers are available on the court's website.
