Wednesday, August 25, 2021

The United States District Court for the District of Maryland has issued Standing Order 2021-10 regarding its COVID-19 vaccination policy.  Effective September 8, 2021, all persons entering U.S. Courthouses in this District, except for criminal defendants, sitting and prospective Grand and Petit Jurors, and lay witnesses in criminal cases, must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus unless granted a medical or religious exemption.  Persons seeking to enter a Courthouse who are unvaccinated, or who are not fully vaccinated, may provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered no more than 48 hours prior to seeking entry.
