The Honorable Timothy J. Sullivan has been designated as the Chief Magistrate Judge for a seven-year term beginning on September 1, 2023.  Judge Sullivan, who was appointed as a magistrate judge in December 2012, succeeds the Honorable Beth P. Gesner who retires from full-time judicial service on August 31, 2023.  Judge Gesner, who will continue to serve the court in a recall capacity, has served as Chief Magistrate Judge since October 1, 2017.
