On March 10, 2017, Plaintiffs, International Refugee Assistance Project, et al., filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction of Executive Order 13,780 ("Executive Order Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States").  

On March 16, 2017, Judge Theodore D. Chuang issued a memorandum opinion and order granting the Motion in part and denying in part.
