Following the notice and comment period required by Local Rule 605.1, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland has approved amendments to Local Rules 102, 103, 104, 105, 107, 108, 112, 113, 207, 213, and Appendix A.

The amendments take effect on July 1, 2023, and apply to all cases filed on or after July 1, 2023, as well as to all cases pending as of July 1, 2023, to the extent practicable unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge.
