The Court’s Local Rules and Forms Committee has appointed a Subcommittee of relevant stakeholders, consisting of ten lawyers, to make recommendations regarding revisions to Appendix B of the Local Rules.  Appendix B concerns “Rules and Guidelines For Determining Attorneys’ Fees in Certain Cases” and was last updated in 2013.

The Subcommittee seeks comments concerning possible revisions and updates to Appendix B.  Lawyers, law firms, Bar Associations, and any other stakeholders are encouraged to submit comments concerning rates, rate structure, procedural rules, and any other aspect of Appendix B.
