On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, an indictment was unsealed alleging charges against former Baltimore Mayor Catherine E. Pugh.  On November 21, 2019, a plea agreement between Ms. Pugh and the United States Attorney's Office was filed with the Court.  Below you will find a copy of the indictment, plea agreement, and stipulation of facts.

A sentencing hearing for Ms. Pugh is scheduled for February 27, 2020.  A copy of the sentencing memorandum from both the Government and Defendant are below.
