USA v. Mosby, 22-cr-7

On April 14, 2022, a hearing was held in United States of America v. Marilyn J. Mosby, Criminal Case No. 22-cr-007 to address several pre-trial motions.  On April 14, 2022, the Court issued a memorandum opinion deciding these motions.  The Court also issued an order establishing procedures for motions to seal pleadings, motions, exhibits, or other documents filed in this case.  On May 19, 2022, the Court issued an order on Defendant's pending motions to seal.

On July 5, 2022, the Court entered an order regarding authorization of services under the Criminal Justice Act and directing Defendant to provide reimbursement payments for such services.   

On September 8, 2022, the Court issued a memorandum opinion on pending pre-trial motions.  On September 14, 2022, another memorandum opinion was issued on Defendant's second motion to dismiss.  The Court also issued an order continuing the scheduled jury trial in this case.  

On September 15, 2022, the Court issued an amended scheduling order.  

On January 17, 2023, the Court issued a memorandum opinion and order on the Government's motion for an order pursuant to Local Rules 204 and 603 and Defendant's motion to transfer venue.  The Court also issued a memorandum opinion and order concerning Defense Counsel A. Scott Bolden.  

On January 27, 2023, the Court issued an order granting a motion by defense counsel to withdrawal from this case.

On January 9, 2024, the Court issued a memorandum and order regarding pretrial motions.
