An initial appearance was held on June 8, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the matter of United States of America v. Nicholas John Roske, 22-mj-1848, in Courtroom 4A in the Southern Division Courthouse located in Greenbelt, Maryland.  The criminal complaint and affidvait in support are attached below.
