On August 20, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., an in-court scheduling conference will be held in the matter of United States of America v. Nicholas John Roske, 22-cr-209, in the Greenbelt Courthouse.  The criminal complaint, supporting affidavit, and subsequent indictment are attached below.
