Catherine C. Blake Exceptional Service Award

The Catherine C. Blake Exceptional Service Award is presented to members of the Bar who have distinguished themselves in service to Court and to the community.  The award is named after the Honorable Catherine C. Blake, who served as a U.S. District Judge with the Court from 1995 until her death in 2026.  Throughout her career, Judge Blake embodied a commitment to public service.
