Following the notice and comment period required under Local Rule 605.1, the Court considered and approved amendments to Local Rule 607 and Appendix B of the Local Rules.  Copies of the amendments are available on the Court’s website at https://www.mdd.uscourts.gov/local-rules-amendments.  These amendments apply to all cases filed on or after December 1, 2025.  These amendments also apply to all cases pending as of December 1, 2025, to the extent practicable, unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge.
