Felicia C. Cannon, Clerk of Court, is retiring after twenty-two years of distinguished service to this Court, effective May 31, 2021.  Catherine M. Stavlas will be sworn in as the new Clerk of Court at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, during an informal ceremony at the Court.  Ms. Stavlas was appointed last fall after a competitive selection process.  A formal investiture ceremony will be held at a later date.
