The Court recently issued Amended Standing Order 2021-02 regarding the handling, filing, service, and management of Highly Sensitive Documents (HSDs).  The Court has now developed more detailed procedures for the filing of these types of documents.  Please review these procedures if you intend to submit a Highly Sensitive Document for filing in an individual case.
